Euphorbia lathyris SEEDS
Descrizione del prodotto
Euphorbia lathyris, also known as the "Mole Plant" or "Caper Spurge," is a unique biennial herb native to Europe and North Africa. Growing up to 3 feet tall, it features erect, branching stems with narrow, lance-shaped leaves arranged spirally along the stem. In late spring to early summer, it bears clusters of small green flowers with conspicuous cup-shaped bracts, followed by distinctive three-lobed seed capsules containing seeds. The plant is renowned for its ability to deter moles, hence its common name, as well as its traditional medicinal uses. However, caution is advised as all parts of the plant are toxic if ingested and can cause skin irritation upon contact. It's also considered invasive in some regions, spreading readily through self-seeding.
