Product Description
Euphorbia candelabrum, also known as the African Milk Tree, is an iconic succulent native to southern Africa. Its towering, cactus-like form features thick, ribbed stems resembling candlesticks, hence its name. These stems can reach heights of up to 20 feet, adorned with small, oval-shaped leaves and thorns. In late winter to early spring, clusters of small, greenish-yellow flowers appear at the stem tips. Adaptable to various climates, this drought-tolerant plant thrives in well-draining soil and full sun, making it a popular choice for desert landscaping and indoor cultivation. However, caution is advised when handling, as its milky sap can cause skin irritation and is toxic if ingested.
