Copiapoa cinerea KIKKO x hypogaea è un cactus ibrido che combina le caratteristiche di Copiapoa cinerea ‘KIKKO’ e Copiapoa hypogaea. Questa pianta è nota per il suo aspetto distintivo, caratterizzato da una forma globulare con tubercoli angolari pronunciati che le conferiscono una texture nodosa. Gli steli sono verde-grigiastro, spesso ricoperti da un rivestimento ceroso che fornisce una tinta blu. Forma tipicamente piccoli grappoli, con ogni testa che raggiunge fino a 8 cm di diametro. Le spine sono corte e scure, distribuite lungo le costolature. Durante l’estate, produce piccoli fiori gialli a forma di imbuto all’apice degli steli. È ben adatta a condizioni aride, preferendo terreni rocciosi o sabbiosi e ben drenanti.
