Copiapoa sp. AW276-65 from Caleta Sarco, Chile, is a small, globular cactus that typically forms dense clusters. It has a dark green to bluish-gray epidermis with well-defined tubercles and short, stout spines that are usually black or dark brown. The cactus produces bright yellow, funnel-shaped flowers in spring and summer. Native to the coastal desert of northern Chile, this species thrives in arid conditions, preferring well-draining, sandy or rocky soils and full sunlight.
