The Ariocarpus retusus NS2013 is a rare, collectible cactus distinguished by its robust, triangular tubercles arranged in a dense, symmetrical rosette. These fleshy tubercles have a smooth, leathery texture and are colored in shades of grayish-green to bluish-green, giving the plant a stone-like, camouflaged appearance. Unlike most cacti, it lacks visible spines, enhancing its sculptural form. In autumn, it produces large, stunning white to pale pink flowers that emerge from the center, creating a striking contrast.
