Product Description

Agave ovatifolia x parrasana is a hybrid succulent combining the characteristics of Agave ovatifolia and Agave parrasana. This hybrid forms a large, symmetrical rosette of broad, fleshy leaves that can reach up to 1.5 meters in diameter. The leaves are blue-gray to silver-gray with prominent, undulating margins, and edged with sharp, dark spines. The hybrid inherits the robust size and resilience of A. ovatifolia and the compact form of A. parrasana. After many years, it may produce a tall flower spike bearing greenish-yellow flowers, but it is monocarpic, meaning it dies after flowering.
