Soil type: Requires very well-draining, sandy or mineral-rich cactus mix. Avoid organic-heavy soils.
Watering frequency: Water sparingly during the growing season (spring–early autumn); allow soil to fully dry between waterings. Keep almost dry in winter.
Light exposure: Full sun to bright indirect light; protect from harsh midday rays in hot climates.
Temperature requirements: Thrives between 20 °C and 35 °C (68 °F to 95 °F); never expose below 10 °C (50 °F).
