It features a symmetrical, dark green to bluish stem with distinct vertical ribs and white-woolly areoles, from which emerge short radial spines and a stout central spine. Known for its vibrant, magenta to violet funnel-shaped flowers, this form stands out for its compact habit, strong contrast in texture, and its origin from the Sierras of Córdoba, making it a prized cultivar for specialized collections.
