Product Description
Agave parrasana, also known as the Cabbage Head Agave, forms a striking compact rosette of thick, broad blue-gray leaves with strongly toothed margins and a deeply channeled midrib. Each leaf ends in a stout dark spine, and the rosette can reach up to 60 cm across. Mature plants send up a towering flower stalk that can grow over 4 meters high, bearing clusters of yellow-green flowers. The foliage may blush red or purple in cold or sun stress, adding ornamental appeal.
