Product Description

The Trichocereus terscheckii, commonly known as the Argentine Saguaro or Cardón Grande, is a massive, columnar cactus native to Argentina. It is one of the largest Echinopsis species, capable of reaching heights of up to 10 meters when mature. At a young stage, the Trichocereus terscheckii has a thick, green stem with prominent ribs adorned with long, yellow-brown spines. Over time, it develops a thick, tree-like trunk. During late spring and summer, it produces large, white, funnel-shaped flowers that bloom at night, followed by edible fruit. This drought-tolerant cactus is ideal for xeriscapes and desert gardens due to its impressive size and resilience.
