Shipping policy

ITALY

We deliver all over Italy, including the islands, with different couriers (POSTE ITALIANE, DHL).
Shipping costs are €11,50. Once the order is completed you will receive a confirmation email; after the accounting of the payment, we reserve between 3 to 5 working days for the preparation of the plants ordered. Generally, the couriers, to whom we entrust our shipments, deliver within 72 hours. As soon as the order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a detailed summary of all the plants you have purchased, including their prices and their names (for this reason the name or the price of the plant will not be present in the pot). In the email you will also find the tracking code, with which you can track your order.
The plants are shipped without their soil and pot to better protect the plants. If you would like to receive them in their pots, please email us in advance and we will let you know if this request is possible. We would like to remind you that, since plants are living beings, they are subjects to continuous changes, mainly due to the seasons: changes in color, differences in the state of leaves and flowers vegetation (which may be or may not be present on the plant, depending on the season), turgor of the plant.
During the winter months, in order to guarantee the right vegetative rest to our plants, we try to water them as little as possible, so sometimes it might happen, that the plant seems to be dried out: do not be alarmed and wait a week before watering the plant, in order to let it adapt to new environmental conditions.

EUROPE

We deliver all over Europe with express couriers (POSTE ITALIANE, DHL) with delivery times between 1 to 15 working days (depends on courier you choose).
The cheaper shipping and handling costs is €18,50 with POSTE ITALIANE no matter how many plants you buy. DHL costs, instead depends on the quantity and dimension of plants you buy. Mandatory phytosanitary certificate. You can buy it, when placing an order, at the price of €20.00. After your payment we need 3-5 days for prepare all documents necessary, please calculate it when you place an order.

JAPAN

Mandatory phytosanitary certificate. The certificate is also valid as a CITES certificate. We can send with POSTE ITALIANE or EMS. POSTE ITALIANE (approximately 20-30 days) shipments costs €18,50 no matter how many plants you buy. EMS (approximately 15-20 working days) costs, instead depends on the quantity and dimension of plants you buy.

USA

Mandatory phytosanitary certificate. The certificate is also valid as a CITES certificate and the declaration of absence of the Globodera and Cactoblastiscactorum nematodes. USA import permits are required. Find out about the import rules valid in your country. We can send with POSTE ITALIANE or EMS. POSTE ITALIANE (approximately 20-30 days) shipments costs €18,50 no matter how many plants you buy. EMS (approximately 15-20 working days) costs, instead depends on the quantity and dimension of plants you buy.

CANADA

We provide a phytosanitary certificate upon request,

EMS (approximately 15-20 working days) costs, instead depends on the quantity and dimension of plants you buy. With EMS the phytosanitary certificate is mandatory.
