Product Description

Thelocephala pajonalensis, also known as Eriosyce pajonalensis, is a small, geophytic cactus endemic to the Atacama Desert in Chile. This cactus typically grows with most of its body underground, exposing only the apex above the soil. It has a globular to slightly flattened shape, with a grayish-green to brownish-green coloration. The tubercles are prominent, and the areoles bear short, stiff spines. The flowers are funnel-shaped, typically white to pale pink, and bloom from the center of the plant. Adapted to extremely arid conditions, it thrives in sandy, well-draining soils and requires minimal watering.
