Product Description
Thelocephala nuda is a small, globular cactus native to the Atacama Desert in Chile. It has a solitary, flattened, spherical shape with a diameter of up to 4 cm. The cactus's epidermis is green to blue-green and lacks ribs but has tubercles arranged in a spiral pattern. It features woolly areoles without spines, distinguishing it from other cacti. Thelocephala nuda produces funnel-shaped, white to pink flowers at the plant's apex, blooming mainly in spring. Its fruits are small, dry, and contain numerous tiny seeds.
