This globular cactus features a dark green to grayish-green body covered in short, bristly spines arranged neatly along its numerous ribs. The HS044 variety is known for its dense spination and the attractive contrast between the body and its golden or white spines. In spring or early summer, it produces brilliant magenta to deep pink flowers, creating a stunning display. Over time, Sulcorebutia vizcarrae forms clumps, making it a beautiful addition to cactus collections.
