Product Description

Neochilenia saxifrega, also known as Eriosyce saxifrega, is a small, globular cactus endemic to the mountainous regions of northern Chile. This species typically grows in clusters, often forming two heads. The stems are dark green, covered with prominent, sharp spines that are yellowish to brown in color. It produces small, funnel-shaped flowers that are pink to reddish-pink, blooming from the apex. Neochilenia saxifrega thrives in rocky, well-draining soils and requires full sun. It is drought-tolerant but benefits from occasional watering during the growing season.
