Product Description

Ferocactus pottsii is a bold, barrel-shaped cactus native to northern Mexico, instantly recognizable for its ribbed green body armored with dense, stout spines that can range in color from reddish to straw yellow. Unlike some of its relatives, this species often grows slightly elongated with age. Its vibrant red to orange funnel-shaped flowers bloom in summer, contrasting strikingly against its spiny exterior. A resilient and sun-loving cactus, it's ideal for collectors and xeriscapes.
