Product Description

Ferocactus alamosanus is a small, solitary barrel cactus native to the Sonoran region of Mexico, notable for its globular to short cylindrical body with prominent tuberculate ribs. Its gray-green epidermis is adorned with elegant curved central and radial spines, typically yellow to reddish in color, forming a tight protective cage. In summer, it produces charming light yellow flowers, often with pinkish tips. This compact species thrives in harsh, dry environments, making it a gem for arid collections.
