Ferocactus acanthodes SEEDS

Ferocactus acanthodes, also known as the desert barrel cactus, is a robust and spine-heavy species native to the Mojave and Sonoran Deserts. It features a stout, barrel- to column-shaped body with well-defined vertical ribs, often covered by a dense armor of long, hooked central spines ranging from yellow to red. As it matures, it can lean toward the sun and reach over a meter tall. In summer, it produces bright yellow flowers, forming a crown atop its formidable structure.
