Product Description

The Encephalartos lanatus, commonly known as a cycad, is an evergreen, ancient plant native to South Africa, celebrated for its striking, sculptural form. It produces a compact crown of silvery-blue, feather-like leaves covered in fine, woolly hairs, giving it a soft, velvety appearance. The leaves grow from a short, thick trunk that is often partially buried. This slow-growing species can form cone-like reproductive structures, with male and female cones appearing on separate plants. Its unique foliage and textural beauty make it a standout in arid and subtropical gardens.
