Product Description

Copiapoa tenuissima 'unusual apex' is a small, globular cactus species native to the arid regions of northern Chile. This species typically forms dense clusters of individual stems, each reaching up to 5 cm in height and 3 cm in diameter. The skin is dark green, often covered with a fine layer of white wool that helps protect it from the intense desert sun. The spines are thin, delicate, and vary from white to yellowish-brown, densely covering the plant. During the summer, Copiapoa tenuissima blooms with small, bright yellow flowers that emerge from the top of the stems, creating a striking contrast with its dark, woolly body.
