Product Description

Copiapoa alticostata is a stunning cactus species endemic to the arid coastal regions of northern Chile. It forms dense clusters of globular to short cylindrical stems, each reaching up to 25 cm in height and 12 cm in diameter. The stems are characterized by their pronounced ribs and a distinctive blue-green hue, often covered with a fine white powdery coating. This cactus is adorned with short, dark spines that contrast beautifully with its smooth skin. During the summer, Copiapoa alticostata produces small, bright yellow flowers at the apex of its stems, adding a vibrant touch to its rugged appearance.
