Product Description

The Cavolfiore Violetto di Sicilia is a vibrant, purple cauliflower variety native to Sicily, with a unique selection called Settembrino that is specifically cultivated for early autumn harvest. This plant forms dense, rounded heads with bright purple curds surrounded by broad, deep green leaves. The rich pigmentation gives it a striking appearance and is packed with antioxidants. Its flavor is mild and slightly sweet, with a nutty undertone, and it becomes even more intense when cooked. This cauliflower adds a pop of color to the garden and plate, and is traditionally used in Mediterranean dishes.
