Product Description

Aloidendron pillansii (syn. Aloe pillansii), commonly known as giant quiver tree, is a rare and striking succulent tree native to the arid regions of southern Africa. It can grow up to 10 meters tall, though young plants at 10-30 cm feature thick, fleshy leaves arranged in a rosette pattern. The leaves are pale green to bluish-green, with smooth edges and a slight curve. As the tree matures, it develops a thick, branching trunk with a smooth, grayish bark. In spring, it produces bright yellow flowers on tall, branched inflorescences, attracting pollinators such as birds and insects. The giant quiver tree is known for its drought tolerance and striking architectural form.
