Plant Description

The Agave americana 'Marginata Variegated', or Variegated Century Plant, is a dramatic, architectural succulent with striking blue-green leaves edged in yellow. This rosette-forming plant can reach up to 1.5 meters in height and 2.5 meters in width, with each leaf featuring a rigid, sword-like shape and sharp spines along the margins. The variegated leaves create a stunning contrast and add visual interest to any landscape. Though it rarely blooms, when it does, it sends up a tall flower stalk with yellow-green flowers, after which the plant dies, leaving behind offsets for propagation.

IMPORTANT: Picture show adult plant leaves. The offer is for a plant in the dimension indicated in description.

Disclaimer: Please keep on mind that the plant may have grown since pictured. Also be aware that most plants change across seasons. If present foliage could have been fallen or change in its color.
