Product Description

Agave albescens, commonly known as Guantanamo Bay Agave, is a striking succulent native to Cuba. This medium-sized agave typically forms a rosette of stiff, lance-shaped leaves that can reach up to 60-90 cm in length. The leaves are a pale blue-green color with a powdery, glaucous coating and have pronounced white margins, giving the plant a distinctive appearance. Each leaf ends in a sharp terminal spine and has small, sharp teeth along the edges. Agave albescens produces a tall flowering spike, which can reach several meters in height, bearing clusters of yellowish-green flowers. This plant thrives in arid, well-draining soils and full sun.
