Product Description

The Trichocereus pasacana, also known as the Pasacana Cactus or Argentine Giant, is a large, columnar cactus native to the high-altitude regions of Argentina and Bolivia. This slow-growing giant can reach up to 10 meters in height over decades, developing a thick, tree-like trunk. Its dark green stems have prominent ribs lined with clusters of long, yellowish spines, giving it a rugged appearance. In late spring or early summer, it produces large, white flowers that bloom at night. Known for its drought tolerance and hardiness, the Pasacana thrives in arid climates and is ideal for desert landscapes or as an impressive architectural plant.
