Plant Description

Euphorbia decaryi var. spirosticha is a succulent perennial native to Madagascar. It forms low, mat-like clumps with slender, twisted stems that can grow up to 10 cm in length. The stems are covered with tiny, scale-like leaves and small, stipular spines. Flowers are small, cyathium type, typically yellow or reddish in color, appearing intermittently throughout the year. This variety is known for its unique spirally twisted branches, adding an ornamental appeal. It thrives in dry, rocky habitats and is well-suited for xeriscaping.
