Product Description

The Copiapoa humilis is a small, globular cactus native to the Atacama Desert in Chile. It typically forms low-growing clusters of rounded stems, each covered with a gray-green to brownish body that may develop a waxy coating over time. Its ribs are adorned with short, stiff spines, creating a striking texture against the smooth, waxy surface. This dwarf cactus often blooms with small, bright yellow flowers in the summer, which emerge from the top of the plant. The Copiapoa humilis is highly prized by collectors for its compact form and ability to thrive in arid conditions.
