Product Description
Copiapoa decorticans is a small to medium-sized cactus native to the coastal deserts of northern Chile. This species typically forms clusters of globular to cylindrical heads, each with a diameter of 5-10 cm. The stems are a green to bluish-green color, often with a waxy coating and characteristic peeling bark, which gives it its name. The spines are short, straight, and range in color from white to yellowish-brown. It produces small, yellow funnel-shaped flowers that emerge from the apex. Copiapoa decorticans thrives in well-draining, sandy to rocky soils and requires full sun.
