Product Description

Copiapoa cinerea ‘Taltal’ is a striking cactus species endemic to the coastal deserts of northern Chile. This cactus features globular to cylindrical stems that can grow singly or in clusters. Its skin is covered in a bluish-grey waxy coating that protects it from intense sunlight and conserves moisture. The spines are typically black and arranged in neat rows, creating a striking contrast. During the blooming season, it produces bright yellow flowers that add a splash of color to its otherwise muted tones. This cactus is well-suited to dry, arid environments.

Temperature: Thrives in warm climates; protect from frost and freezing temperatures.

Fertilization: Apply a balanced, low-nitrogen cactus fertilizer during the growing season (spring and summer).
