Plant Description

The Cedrus atlantica, commonly known as the Atlas Cedar, is a majestic evergreen conifer native to the Atlas Mountains of North Africa. Renowned for its stately presence, it has a pyramidal form in youth that matures into a broad, spreading canopy. Its blue-green needles grow in dense clusters, adding year-round color to landscapes. The rugged, grayish-brown bark develops deep fissures with age, enhancing its ornamental appeal. Highly drought-tolerant and resilient, the Atlas Cedar is ideal for parks, large gardens, and as a solitary specimen tree.
