Plant Description

Agave rzedowskiana is a compact, slow-growing succulent native to Mexico. Typically growing to a height of 4-8 cm, it forms a neat rosette of fleshy, blue-green leaves with sharp, dark brown tips and finely toothed margins. The leaves are symmetrical and rigid, creating a striking geometric appearance. This miniature agave is highly prized for its ornamental value and unique aesthetics. Although it rarely flowers, when it does, it produces a tall flower spike adorned with yellow flowers, adding to its charm. Agave rzedowskiana is perfect for rock gardens, containers, and xeriscaping.
