Product Description

The Wisteria floribunda var. macrobotrys is a breathtaking deciduous climber known for its long, cascading racemes of fragrant, violet-blue flowers that can reach up to 3 feet in length. The pinnate leaves emerge bronze and mature to a lush green, providing a beautiful contrast to the flower clusters. This variety is often called the Japanese Wisteria and is celebrated for its spectacular floral displays in late spring to early summer. With its twining stems, it can elegantly cover pergolas, arbors, and walls, creating a romantic, cascading effect.
