Product Description

Astrophytum asterias form multipunctatum is a distinctive and slow-growing cactus native to Texas and northeastern Mexico. It features a flattened, disc-like body that typically measures 2-6 cm in height and 5-15 cm in diameter. The dark green skin is densely covered with numerous small white spots, or "multipunctate," giving it a unique, speckled appearance. The cactus usually has 8 smooth, spineless ribs adorned with white, woolly areoles. In late spring to early summer, it blooms with bright yellow, funnel-shaped flowers with orange throats. This form is highly prized for its unique appearance and ease of care.
